Greg started his real estate career in Northern Virginia where he managed campaigns for political candidates that were focused on land growth and future development. He was then hired by Toll Brothers, Inc., where he quickly rose through the ranks managing sales and construction teams of multiple projects, as well as focusing on land acquisition and development.
He also spent time with NVR and after completing their intensive “Customer Centric Selling” training program, he became a Sales and Marketing Representative for Ryan Homes. He was responsible for day to day sales from a model home, including qualifying prospects, selling and demonstrating the model homes and communities, presenting purchase agreements and managing the communication between buyers and project teams throughout the construction process.
As a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Greg’s primary focus is working with buyers and sellers alike, making sure every client receives the service they deserve. He is known for his ability to listen to his client’s needs and wants and helping them achieve their goals. He also places a strong emphasis on the benefits of technology based real estate advertising and social media.
